Hello!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I’ve been practicing for 15 years in multiple settings and with different populations including schools/colleges, the community, employees utilizing workers compensation, nursing homes, I enjoy working with children, teens, adults of all ages and families of all socio-economic backgrounds and cultures.

I specialize in treating trauma but I am also trained in eight Evidenced- Based Practices to treat symptoms related to depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse and parenting difficulties.

My style is fairly direct- I am on this journey with you. I speak Spanish and enjoy providing therapy in Spanish whenever needed. I primarily provide a non-faith based approach but consider myself a spiritual person. My interests include travel, music, the outdoors, and time spent with family and friends.
